Drift Assessment #3

The most surprising thing I found when it came to the sounds I took, was that there was so many sounds that we just don’t think about or train our minds to block out. Even when I was sitting there listening through the microphone and then I would go back and listen to it and I would hear lots of things I didn’t hear the first time. I also didn’t expect to enjoy going on the walk so much. I thought working with the computer programs would be fun, but I never really liked going on walks. However, once I got out there I found that it was fun to walk around and explore as oppose to what I usually do which is sit inside the house. The last realization I came to was that normal sounds I over look are interesting when I actually sit down analyze and listen to them.
