Drift Assessment #1

One extremely bothersome thing that took place during my first drift, was the relentless swarm of mosquitoes that truly ate me alive. This was bad not only because I was itching for days, but my constant slapping them and itching made noises which I later had to do my best to delete in the studio.
One not very significant thing, but still very interesting or perhaps shocking thing that I encountered on my drift, was how funny random people can be when you stop to listen to them. One circumstance was when I encountered this family frog hunting. At one point a frog got out of the bucket and the father accidentally stepped on it only to have the mother yell out… “Ahh you killed it”. Another was when I heard the group of BMX’ers talking about if there was a challenge you had to complete before you were considered a professional.
